Due to the customization options for flavor, product weight, and desired coffee grind, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products. All Metahuman Super Coffee is roasted to-order and flavors are subjective to each individual palate. Unused apparel & merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. 

We offer a wide variety of unique premium coffee flavors and realize that buying a full-sized bag might be quite a leap for some. We offer three different sample packs in our online store you can purchase:

Merchandise Return and Exchange Disclaimer 

To be eligible for a return or exchange on merchandise, gear, and apparel:
  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same new condition received.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging and include all unattached retail tags.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
